Use the positive power of football to inspire young people during this year’s National Schools’ Football Week which runs from 7 February - 13 February. This campaign is designed to encourage young people to get active and have fun with their friends, playing the wonderful game. Don’t forget, it’s our national sport and it’s everyone’s game!
So, why not get pupils excited with these resources:
Train like a Footballer: Pupils can practise different movements and improve their technique.
Play the Right Way: Pupils will explore ten positive behaviour traits that they can employ when they play football.
Home/School - Football workout by the Inclusive Reds: The Inclusive Reds team from the Manchester United Foundation have put together a fun football workout. There are a series of four, twenty-minute videos that are suitable for all ages and abilities.
Please tell us about how you are getting involved with Schools' Football Week 2022 by tweeting @schoolsfootball and using #schoolsfootballweek and #PLPrimaryStars.
