This year, we are launching a new kind of challenge - the Premier League Wellbeing Stars challenge! It is open to all and can be completed in school or set at home.

Watch Lauren Layfield introduce the challenge.

We are asking children to carry out their very own Wellbeing Week with one act of kindness for each day of the week (five in total) and share them with us. By taking part in this challenge, children will understand the importance of finding time to focus on their own and others’ wellbeing and in doing so will learn about the concept of social action.

Check out our Premier League Wellbeing Stars resource pack including educational content that can be delivered in the classroom to facilitate discussion around wellbeing and social action. There is also a guide for parents.
